UK Orders

We look to get all orders dispatched within 2-3 working days, all U.K delivery is free.

Place your order and you should get your item within 1-3 working days following notification of dispatch.

All our UK orders are sent up to £19.99 will be sent 1st class standard and all orders over will be sent by recorded post and will require a signature on delivery. As soon as the order is dispatched you will receive email notification and if tracking is needed please contact us with order number.

If no one is available to sign for the item it will be taken to your local sorting office where it can be collected from. After several days with failure to collect the item will be returned to ourselves and the buyer must cover postage cost for the item to be resent, prices will vary between £2.50 - £5.50 depending on the item/items purchased

Refund / Exchange Returns

As we make all items to order and provide Free postage, Exchange postage costs will be paid for by the customer. Buyers will be responsible for any return postage costs
